4. Verification

DAK may verify a business through methods such as:

  • Email verification

Examples of evidence include:

DAK may consider various factors when displaying business listings, including:

  • Relevance to the user's search.

  • Listing completeness.

  • Verification status.

  • Recent updates.

  • User engagement.

  • Reviews and ratings.

DAK does not guarantee any specific ranking or placement in search results.

Paid features, if introduced, will be clearly identified and will not alter the accuracy or integrity of search results.

The specific factors and weighting used to determine search rankings are determined by DAK and may change without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

Business owners must have the right to use all photos, logos, trademarks, and other materials submitted to DAK.

By uploading content, the business grants DAK a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting the platform.

The business retains ownership of its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
